We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a solid understanding of customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills. Your mission would be to manage our expansive list of client accounts and ensure they are happy with us. You will work alongside other account managers, part of our lovely Marketing team. Main responsibilities include:
You’ll be passionate about customer service and have experience in account management and/or customer services. We’d like someone who has a growth mindset and always goes the extra mile to help Navitas Safety grow. You’ll also relish the opportunity to manage an extensive list of clients and be self-motivated to ensure you deliver – no micromanagement here!
