So, what's the role?

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a solid understanding of customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills. Your mission would be to manage our expansive list of client accounts and ensure they are happy with us. You will work alongside other account managers, part of our lovely Marketing team. Main responsibilities include:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with our clients
  • Focus on client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional client service
  • Empathetic personality to create value for each client based on their needs 
  • Must be able to uncover revenue opportunities and up-sell services to existing clients
  • Able to work within budgets
  • Manage clear communications between clients and our internal teams
  • Regularly communicate the progress of initiatives both internally and to clients
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Monitor and analyse customer’s usage of all our products and services

Now, some more about you.

You’ll be passionate about customer service and have experience in account management and/or customer services. We’d like someone who has a growth mindset and always goes the extra mile to help Navitas Safety grow. You’ll also relish the opportunity to manage an extensive list of clients and be self-motivated to ensure you deliver – no micromanagement here!

Essential:

  • Proven account management/customer services experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • An eye for detail
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications capabilities
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to prioritise among competing tasks
  • A positive mindset

Desirable:

  • Keen interest in the hospitality sector
  • Previous experience with a subscription-based product/service
  • Knowledge of Google Apps and help desk support software advantageous
