Customer Onboarding Internship at Navitas

Do you love helping customers and get a kick out of making customers feel great about the service they’ve received from you? Navitas is looking for an energetic individual who is looking to gain work experience, in the technology space.

This internship is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and who wants to be able to say they’ve worked with some of the best well-known brands in the world. Read on to find out more!


What you’ll get up to.

You will be the friendly voice at the end of the phone for a wide range of clients, which range from award winning fish and chip shops, to Michelin Star restaurants, to global coffee and burger chains.

Working within our bubbly support team, you’ll learn about delivering excellent remote support and how to effectively coach and train new customers with technology products.

You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved with the on-boarding of new clients, learning how to set up platforms, hardware and anything else that helps guide the customer to a successful go-live.

Although this role is an internship, there may be the opportunity for a full-time role for someone who has excelled during their time with us – we’re rapidly growing so will seek to employ talented people to join the #NaviSquad.
