Great question! Ongoing training and skills checks are so important to keeping your team’s knowledge fresh – Firstly we have a set of 12 monthly Safety Bites that change each year. These are quick short courses that act as reminders of many of the main points of Food Safety. – We can also build a skills analysis for you that your teams are sent at agreed intervals. If they get a question incorrect, they will be automatically enrolled into a very short reminder course for just that subject.
