The role:

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our busy Sales Team and help us achieve our goals.

You will provide general admin support for the team as required, mainly focussed on contacting customers who have asked for demonstrations of our software to book them into our Sales Team diaries and monitoring the data accuracy in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Your key responsibilities:

● Booking in agreed Demonstrations into Sales Diaries.
● Checking data accuracy in orders and proposals.
● Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.

Our ideal candidate needs to be well organised, and happy to speak on the telephone with a positive attitude and great work ethic. If you have great organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Your duties will include:

● Processing software demo bookings via email or phone.
● Check data accuracy in proposals and communications.
● Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
● Maintain and update CRM Systems & records.
● Communicate clearly with Team members.

The ideal candidate will:

● Proven work experience in an administration or sales support role.
● Experience with CRM software, MS Office (MS Excel in particular)/Google Docs and systems in general.
● Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent telephone manner.
● A team player with high level of dedication.
● Ability to work under strict deadlines.
● Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment.
● A desire to improve ways of working to enhance efficiency and the customer experience.
● You must also be fluent in English.

The position is initially fully remote with the potential to move to a hybrid model in the future with our Head Office based in Leicester.
