SECTION 2B – DATA PROTECTION DETAILS

 

This page sets out the scope, nature and purpose of processing by Navitas, the duration of the processing and the types of personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Legislation, “Personal Data”) and categories of data subject. This detail is broken down by each applicable Service Line.

 

This page is not amended on a case by case basis. As such, relevant detail below will be dependent on which Service(s) are being provided (as detailed in Section 1 (Commercial Details)).

 

Digital Food Safety

Data Subjects:

Employees, officers, subcontractors or agents of the Client.

Data Types:

Names, addresses, contact information and details provided in the course of the relevant person’s use of the DFS Services. Information will also be collected automatically where any such use is associated with a login or other identification associated with such a person.

Compliance

Data Subjects:

Employees, officers, subcontractors or agents of the Client.

Data Types:

names, addresses, contact information and details provided in the course of the relevant person’s use of the Compliance Services. Information will also be collected automatically where any such use is associated with a login or other identification associated with such a person (this may include expressions of opinion in respect of compliance activities).

 

 

Academy

Data Subjects:

Employees, officers, subcontractors or agents of the Client.

Data Types:

This may include:

·       names, addresses, contact information and details provided in the course of the relevant person’s use of the Academy Services; and

·       information collected automatically where any such use is associated with a login or other identification associated with such a person (such as details of training records and results).

Audit

Data Subjects:

Employees, officers, subcontractors or agents of the Client, as well as customers, guests or other third party visitors to the Site(s).

Data Types:

This may include:

·       names, addresses, contact information and details provided in the course of the relevant person’s use of the Audit Services;

·       information collected automatically where any such use is associated with a login or other identification associated with such a person (this may include expressions of opinion in respect of audit activities);

·       accident reporting information;

·       whistle-blower information; and

·       details of injuries relating to incidents at the Site(s).

 

Duration: Such processing will, in each case, be carried out for the period of this Agreement and thereafter in accordance with Applicable Law and Navitas’ data retention policies (as updated and amended from time to time, copies of which are available on request).
