About the Role

Reporting to the Onboarding Manager, you will directly own day to day management and delivery of projects, working closely with customers, internal resources and ensuring timely delivery, to scope and on time. You will manage the customer’s journey from both a technical and business perspective, guiding them efficiently through the required steps to achieve a successful deployment and to maximise the value from our solutions. Our customers lean on us for both technical advice with our suite of hardware and software solutions, as well as relying on us to advise them on industry best practice in order to help raise their safety standards and gain efficiencies within their business. 

 

Whilst this is a home-based role, there will be a requirement for infrequent visits to our office in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of multiple new customer deals and managing their journey through the onboarding process
  • Creation of system templates such as audit forms, routine checklists etc
  • Carry out client training walkthroughs that address specific and bespoke client needs
  • Testing of completed software build and verification against customer requirements/specification
  • Responding to and managing customer queries or technical requests, including liaising with the wider company departments as required
  • Obtaining of customer sign-off to completion of onboarding process
  • Handover of customer to Support Team and/or Account Management Team and documentation of specific requirements
  • Completing ad-hoc duties, as assigned, for the facilitation of existing Navitas customer requirements
  • Assist with the administration of larger Enterprise clients, alongside the Project Management Team
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date information relating to the onboarding process in our CRM system
  • Keep up to date on the latest platform developments, hardware updates and best practices
  • Assist with the internal training of new starters within the Onboarding Team
  • Effectively communicate with clients, other departments and management
  • Assist in any department or company projects and growth objectives when required
  • Help foster company-wide culture of Customer Success and product awareness
  • Meet any performance KPIs that are subsequently put in place to monitor the role

Requirements:

  • Good software skills and comfortable with data entry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven influencing skills.
  • A desire to improve ways of working to enhance service delivery.
  • Ability to understand technical problems and explain them using non-technical language.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and others.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requirements.
  • You must also be fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of working with SaaS implementation.
  • Project co-ordination or project management experience.
  • Food industry knowledge would be an advantage.
