You share your business’s audit and/or incident data (ideally from the last 6 months). Our team of safety and training experts will review it, identify key trends, and create a custom training module specifically designed to address those challenges — for free.
To be eligible for the free bespoke training course, your organisation must operate 30 or more sites. We work primarily with sectors like hospitality, foodservice, education, and care. You’ll also need to have access to audit or incident data, along with operational checklist results—especially if you’re noticing recurring issues. Understanding how often your teams are trained helps us tailor the course to your needs. If you meet these criteria, we’d love to help you turn your compliance data into confident, practical training. Submit your interest using the form and we’ll review your eligibility.

We require around six months of audit and/or incident results, plus any supporting data like checklists showing recurring non-conformances.
Data is handled in a secure manner, the site information can even be anonymised as long as we get the information about the repeat line item non-conformances
We don’t collect personal information, and all data is handled in line with our Data Protection Policy. Data is only kept for the duration of the project and securely deleted once the training is delivered.
