Five Guys joined our Navitas Safety family in early 2020 after they were seeking a global safety partner. Navitas Safety was selected to support them with their food safety and health and safety standards. Our 33+ years of expertise, plus our innovative safety platform, was the secret sauce for this lively burger chain.
Established in 1986, Five Guys now operate in almost 1,700 locations worldwide, supported by Navitas Safety at each and every one. Managing standards across such a large franchise with thousands of crew members is no mean feat, and that’s where Navitas Safety comes in.Â
Navitas Safety create bespoke audit policies and procedures for Five Guys and conduct an audit program all over the globe, ensuring their standards are always in tip top shape.
Navitas Safety also provides our unique Supercharged Audits, which take these policies and procedures and translate each line item into a highly specific training course. Then, if a non-compliance is highlighted by one of our Food Safety Experts in an audit, the staff at the location are enrolled onto the appropriate course. This ensures that staff are constantly aware of best practice and issues are dealt with specifically for continual improvement.
Five Guys now has total visibility of their safety across every site in the world. Now they can sit back, relax and tuck into a bacon cheese dog and a Five Guys shake to boot.
